I accidentally ordered the wrong Kinsa thermometer and figured returning it was going to be a hassle. I emailed support, and they got back to me quickly with clear steps and a return label.
The refund showed up a few days after they received it, and there was literally no annoying back-and-forth. Super simple experience, and I’d order from kinsahealth.com again.

"Pretty Accurate Thermometer"
I’ve used this thermometer a bunch of times now and it gives a consistent reading every time. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need it to do. it just makes me feel more confident when I’m checking a temperature.

"Shipping actually went my way for once"
I ordered from Kinsa and, i was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually how these things go for me. But the shipping was surprisingly smooth. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package even showed up a couple days earlier than it originally said. Everything was packed well too, with nothing damaged or missing. It was just an easy order with no hassle, which I definitely appreciated

I’ve been using the Kinsa thermometer for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. When I take my temperature twice in a row, the readings usually stay consistent, which was the main thing I was hoping for. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel fussy. I did notice that if I rush it, the numbers can seem a little off, but when I use it properly, it’s been dependable

"app is okay, just a little clunky"
i’ve been using the app for a bit and it’s not bad overall. once you figure out where everything is, it’s easy to use, but some parts still feel kind of clunky. it handles the basic stuff fine, i just wish it felt a little smoother and more straightforward

I was using the app and everything was going smoothly until I ran into an issue I couldn’t figure out on my own. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but then I ended up waiting a few days just to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really solve the problem, so I was still stuck trying to sort it out myself. The app itself is fine and I don’t have many complaints there, but the support experience was disappointing.

"Still Going After Lots and Lots of Use"
I’ve had my Kinsa thermometer for over a year now, it’s been through a lot. It’s been dropped a few times, maybe more than a few, and it still turns on quickly and gives readings just fine. No issues, no fuss. I’m happy with it.

"Finally got some clear help when my kid was sick"
My kid got sick and, like usual, I felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. The illness guidance was actually clear and easy to follow, which helped calm me down a lot. I still hate that parents are expected to just know what to do in these moments, but this did make the situation feel a little less overwhelming

"Fever alerts are decent"
The fever alerts are helpful overall, but sometimes they come in a little late. To be fair, I’m not always great about keeping my phone nearby or checking it right away, so that might be part of it too.

With my iPhone the Kinsa app connected easy, which was nice. One little sync issue I did have, but after restarting it fixed itself. Overall it’s been working good for me.
